Job Description:

Basic responsibility is to achieve the sales target of Germany market, responsible for customer management, marketing management, partner management, finance risk management and so on.The person is measured by how effectively the above is done in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision.


1.     Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Germany;

2.     Manage sales projects and control the selling process;

3.     Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreement;

4.     Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers;

5.     Participate in public events and fairs to promote GRG brand and products

6.     Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design.

 

Skills and Desired Profile:

     1.   At least 5-8 years work experience in banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and/or bank IT related experience preferred;

     2.   Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management;

3.     Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills;

4.     Customer driven, eesults oriented with integrity and systematic work habits;

5.     Good human relationship skill and cross culturally sensitive;

6.     Passionate, hungry in learning and discipline in behaviors; must be proactive and a good team player;

7.     Excellent communication skills both in German and English.

Title: Software Engineer – Hanoi,Vietnam

Job Description:

Basic responsibilities are to provide the technical support for partners and customers to implement GRG software and related products. Understand, specify, develop and localize software for the local market.


    1.   Technical Support of GRG software solutions and products;

    2.   Manage and resolve service requests from customers;

    3.   Support partner and contribute to proactive support activities;

    4.   Respond to and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets;

    5.   Conduct project implementation and testing at customer site in Vitenam;

Title: Technical Support Engineer –Mexico City,   Mexico

Job Description:

Basic responsibility is to provide the technical support to the local service partner and/or end users. The person is measured by how effectively he can locally provide pre and post sales technical support in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision. Provide the technical support to the service partner or end user to solve the ATM technical problem.


1.     Provide the field service for the local customer or coordinate with the service partner to process the service request from the customer;

2.     Responsible for the local service partner daily communication and service performance management, prepare the related service report for the customer and head quarter;

3.     Assist the sales and country managers to prepare the tender document (technical);

4.     Manage Pilot test or technical upgrade projects;

5.     Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare parts list, working instruction and technical bulletin writing;

6.     Assist in Spare Parts Warehouse management include the purchase plan preparation, warehouse audit;

7.     Manage and administer customer complaints and/or new requirement processes;

8.     Provide customer education or technician training when necessary;

9.     Process any other things arranged by the supervisor or the manager.

 

Skills and Desired Profile:

     1.   College degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

     2.   Minimum 2 years work experience in technical support or customer service, with good performance record;
     3.   Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred;
     4.   Ability to communicate well in English is required and ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese will be a plus;
     5.   Familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electron and optics;
     6.   Knowledge on computer hardware, office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
     7.   Self motivated, passionate, and must be a fast learner;

Title: Hardware Engineer – Yangon, Myanmar

Job Description:

Develop and customize the terminal hardware, provide the technical support to partner and customers.


1.     Develop and customize the hardware as per the client’s needs;

2.     Support and implementation of customer certifications/pilot projects;

3.     Respond to customer inquiries, primarily via email, telephone and on-site visit;

4.     Resolve any customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting;

5.     Gather technical requirements from customers and translate into gap analysis documentation and work orders;

6.     Work directly with HQ staff in engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to prepare/present the hardware demonstration and resolve problems;

7.     Document all technical inquiries for sharing with HQ engineers and project manager;

8.     Provide training or assistance to customers and partner;

9.     Participate in testing the new-released hardware products;

10.  Part time as hardware engineer support on site.
