Considering the varied customer demands, GRG Banking has developed a three-level training system composed of operator level, service engineer level 1 and service engineer level 2.

Operator level aims at daily operation and maintenance. Service engineer level 1 features the practicability of the contents and a high degree of problem-solving orientation in field. Service engineer level 2 focuses on providing the trainees with the most pertinent information and problem-solving techniques in the workshop.

Our training is designed by professional according to in-depth understanding our customer¡¯s expectation. We attach great importance to cultivating operational skills and improving trainee¡¯s abilities. More than 40% training programs covers operation based upon faulty analysis and troubleshooting. We adopt modular curriculum design as a strategy, and the course comprises the technology and products exported to overseas countries. Taking customers needs into consideration, these modules are ordered in the most optimal chronological sequence, so as to achieve the best possible effects.

The training is mainly conducted at our company. We can also take relevant courses at customer¡¯s side for convenience.
