May 16th, 2008, GRG Banking received CCC (China Compulsory Certification) certification for the first 5 ATM models from CQC (China Quality Certification Centre), and became the first ATM manufacturer to get CCC approval.
CCC certification is the statutory compulsory safety certification system and the basic approach to safeguard the consumers" rights and interests and protect the personal and property safety, which is adopted widely by international organizations and issued by CQC.
Feb. 2008, CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China) announced that self-service banking terminal products are required to get the CCC approval before January lst, 2009,
At the same day, GRG Banking started up relative plan to seek CCC approval. Mark Yip, GRG Banking managing director, said that GRG Banking had been ready for applying for CCC before CNCA issued the bulletin, and passed through CQC voluntary certification two years ago. It is believed that GRG Banking ATM completely complied with the national security and environmental standards.
