GRG Demos Solutions for Future Banking on 9th Global Customer Exchange

The 9th Global Customer Exchange (GCE) was held in Guangzhou on September 16-18, 2014. Featuring the theme “Intelligence Drives Future Banking”, GCE 2014 demonstrated GRGBanking’s intelligent product portfolio and latest know-how of the industry, which are capable of driving customers' business to better transform to future banking models. Over 130 decision makers from more than 30 countries, from financial institutions, CIT companies, retailers, as well as some experts from retail banking and cash management areas attended the event.

 

GRG Global Customer Exchange (GCE) is so far an annual event that aims at strengthening the relationship with GRG's valuable partners and customers. It has become an efficient platform for customers and partners worldwide to discuss the most cutting-edge issues, as well as experience the latest technology, product and solution of GRGBanking.

 

In his welcome speech, Mark Yip, Managing Director of GRGBanking introduced GRG’s market performance in China in the past year, and indicated that the international market is very important in GRG’s ambition and strategies.      

 

Solutions including versatile cash recycling, intelligent cash deposit machines for branch & retail, innovative branch transformation by video teller machine, cash sorting and cash center automation from GRGBanking were showcased.

 

In the Workshop Section on September 17, Adam Lee, General Manager of GRGHK, presented his idea about future banking and pointed out 5 key factors of the future banks: efficiency, cost-effectiveness, customer engagement, optimization and security. Panel discussion on related technology, application and global case studies were then made by customers, partners and GRG representatives.

 

Various topics about future banking trend were also presented by experts of the industry during seminar on September 18, including:
