The 8th Global Customer Exchange (GCE) was held in Guangzhou on September 23-25, 2013. Featuring the theme “Innovation Streamlines Your Cash Cycle”, GCE 2013 demonstrated GRGBanking’s all-round product portfolio, which is capable of optimizing every step of customers' whole cash cycle.
GRG Global Customer Exchange (GCE) is so far an annual event that aims at strengthening the relationship with GRG's valuable partners and customers. This year, over 140 decision makers from more than 40 countries, from financial institutions, CIT companies, retailers, as well as some experts from retail banking and cash management areas attended the event.
In his opening speech, Mark Yip, Managing Director of GRGBanking introduced GRG’s market performance in China in the past year, and indicated that the international market is very important in GRG strategies. One of them, as he said, is “to build long-term strategic co-operation with local qualified partners”. Mr. Yip also pointed out, “with continuous technology innovation and local support and cooperation from our partners, we can bring the most values to our end users through a long time win-win co-operation”.
Solutions of versatile cash recycling, retail cash collection, innovative branch transformation by video teller machine and cash sorting and cash center automation from GRGBanking were showcased, and panel discussion on related technology, application and global case studies were held on workshop section on September 24.

After the seminar, top managements from GRGBanking presented annual awards to some of its customers and partners for their valuable effort of developing the local market with co-operation with GRG.
