Job Description:

Basic responsibility is to provide the technical support to local partners and/or end users. The person is measured by how effectively he can locally provide pre and post sales technical support to win deals and maintain customer satisfaction within company guidelines.

1.  Provide technical support to partner or end user to solve the ATM technical problems, if necessary will travel to other cities for on-site support;

2.  Provide field service for local customers and manage & process customer complaints and/or new requirement processes;

3.  Engage local partner constantly through frequent communications and service performance management;

4. Prepare the related service report to the customer and prepare technical analysis, collect competitor information and submit bi-weekly report to HQ;

5.   Assist the local supervisor and manager to prepare the technical tender documents;

6.   Manage local projects such as Pilot-Test, Technical Upgrades, User Accept Test and others;

7.   Prepare and help out in technical documentation such as the spare-part lists, working instructions and technical bulletin writing;

8.   Assist in spare-part warehouse management including purchase plan preparation, warehouse audit etc;

9.  Provide customer education or technician training when necessary.



 

Skills and Desired Profile:

 

1. College degree or above, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in technical support or customer service, with good performance record.

3. Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred;

4. Ability to communicate well in English is required and ability to speak Mandarin and write Chinese will be a plus;

5. Familiar with the working principle about the mechanism, electron and optics.

6. Knowledge on computer hardware, office applications such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

7.  Self motivated, passionate, and must be a fast learner;

8.  Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.

Basic responsibility is to provide the local account management and constant follow up support for the company HQ in China.

The person is measured by how effectively the above is done in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision.

1.      To sell the company products, solutions and services to the banking and retailer industries in accordance with the company policies and guidelines.

2.      Ensure new concepts, sales strategies, channel-partner development strategies and systems are successfully implemented.

3.      Responsible for guiding and managing local channel-partners and help in communications with China HQ.

4.      Ensure that relevant market information and intelligence are acquired and feedback to the supporting team in HQ.

5.      Actively assist in business development with Regional Sales Director.

6.      Travelling is required.



 

Skills and Desired Profile:

3. Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills;

4. Ability to work under pressure;

5. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;

6. Based in Hamburg.

7. Excellent communication skills both in German and English;

8. Master MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point;

9. Have Driving License of Germany.
